A strong, topical, alpha-adrenergic agonist that is indicated for the relief of nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever and other allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It may also be used to aid drainage of secretions in affections of the paranasal sinuses.23
Ipratropium is an anti-cholinergic agent that reduces watery discharge from the nasal mucosa (rhinorrhoea), and lessens sneezing.5
In addition to treating nasal congestion, runny noses, sneezing, and itchy noses, fluticasone propionate is the first OTC intranasal corticosteroid spray indicated to relieve itchy, watery eyes with the same trusted, prescription‐strength relief.3,4,8,9,11-16
Menthol provides a cooling effect by stimulating temperature receptors in the nose, leading to the perception of decongestion and improved nasal breathing.25,26

Otrivin Original Adult Nasal Spray / Drops
Otrivin Original Adult nasal spray/drops is a fast and long-lasting nasal topical decongestant (xylometazoline), with ingredients to soothe and moisturize dry and irritated nasal passages.7,23
Key ingredients: Xylometazoline 0.05% or 0.1% with Hypromellose and sorbitol.
Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray
A combination of Xylometazoline and menthol to provide relief to patients with blocked noses and sinus pressure or pain.6,23
Key ingredients: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% and menthol.
Otrivin Dual Relief Nasal Spray
For patients with nasal congestion due to colds or allergies, who need relief from nasal congestion and runniness.5-7
Key ingredients: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.05% and ipratropium bromide 0.06%.
